WFIEd Invites Applications for Sustaindex Platform Operator Volunteers
The World Forum for Inclusive Education (WFIEd) invites applications from individuals interested in volunteering as Sustaindex Platform Operators, supporting data administration, user assistance, and platform operations at sustaindex.org.
This opportunity is open to university students, graduates, educators, and members of the public interested in digital platform management and institutional collaboration.
Working under the coordination of the WFIEd team, volunteers will help users navigate the platform and support the collection of complete, well-organized institutional data.
Roles and Responsibilities
Volunteers will support the following activities:
- Assist with institutional registration and profile updates.
- Check the completeness of submitted data and supporting documents against established guidelines.
- Guide users through data entry and document uploads.
- Monitor submission progress and follow up on missing information.
- Prepare data summaries and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the WFIEd team to address user inquiries and platform-related issues.
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, responsibility, good communication skills, and basic proficiency in office applications and online platforms. They should also be willing to learn Sustaindex’s operational procedures and maintain the confidentiality of the information they handle.
Experience in administration, data management, or user support would be an advantage.
